A deposit is required when the contract is signed to book the project.

Smaller projects - 6 pages - can take three weeks or less once content (the words and images are ready. Large projects can take up to 3-4 months.

That’s usually not a problem! A smaller team affords us some flexibility in moving projects around to make way for a fast-approaching deadline. However, an expedited fee may be charged for the accommodation.

You start filling out a quick questionnaire to get in touch with us. We’ll set up a time to connect about your project and give you a ballpark estimate. If you decide to move forward, we have a Zoom meeting to talk about the details and dreams for the new website, desired functionality and more. Then you’ll receive a thorough project scope, contract and off we go.

After the euphoria of launching your new site, you’ll be prepared to make simple updates to content on the site thanks to our How-To video tutorials that you can access at any time. We’re also available for quick questions if you get stuck.
Need more assistance, new pages, or more functionality? We offer an affordable ongoing monthly service plan for light help or monthly retainer work for more hefty help. We’re also always available for per-hour hiring.
