Discovery + Kickoff
Once your project is booked, contract signed and deposit made, you’ll fill out a simple online form that asks you everything from your design likes and dislikes to specifics about your new site’s functionality.
Next we’ll have a kickoff meeting to go over the details of the content and imagery of your new website.
Here, we’ll set timelines for when content is ready so the project stays on track.

Design + Edits
As you’re working on content, we’ll work on design concepts for you to approve before the building gets under way.
By working together, this is our chance to nail the overall concept.
Once built, we’ll share the unpublished website with you for two rounds of revisions. The editing process is where the magic happens. It’s where we refine, polish and make the website sing.

Launch + Training
It’s time for the website to launch, take flight, and share it with the world.
You’ll receive up to 2 hours of 1:1 CMS training for making simple updates to the website. Plus, we’ll provide How-To videos for your specific needs, whether it’s blogging, adding products to a store, adding to an event calendar, or creating email campaigns.
Need more help? We offer monthly service plans or per-hour assistance.

This package is perfect for nonprofits, small- to mid-sized businesses, restaurants, bloggers, solopreneurs or sports organizations. We can pack a ton of information into a Custom Pro site with imaginative design and purposeful navigation.

Most Custom Pro Package sites range between $3,800 and $6,800 depending on the number of pages and additional functionality. Extra pages or custom features, such as an online store, are billed at $80/hour. -

Most Custom Enterprise Package sites range between $12,350 and $18,000, though some sites requiring special features or extra coding may double the cost, depending on the comprehensiveness of the website and needs of the client. Most Enterprise clients utilize Glee Media’s monthly service plan for ongoing website updates and customizations.

Two-Week Build Fast Track!
This package is a great option for solopreneurs, writers, artists, coaches, or a nonprofit or business just getting started and you need a professional presence online that is beautiful, functional, easy-to-update and user friendly.You pick a free template from the Squarespace options and you provide all of the content (words) and images for the site and we build it for you in 2 weeks or less! This is a templated, non-custom website with your branding, colors, words and imagery.
Cost is $1,800
Please note we only do a few of these a year.

Here’s what we require from you before we start building your website.

We need high resolution versions of your logo(s) as well as your brand’s color palette. A Style Guide is even better!
If you’re interested in a new logo and branding, we can connect you with our longtime colleague, an expert brand designer.

A new website gives you the opportunity to clearly communicate what you do and why users should hop on to your site and take action.
You provide all of the copy (the words) for your website and we’re happy to wordsmith it or make suggested edits.
If you’d like more assistance wrangling it, writing new copy or producing all of it, we can provide that service too. Learn more.

We can’t emphasize enough how important high-quality images and graphics are to a beautiful and user-friendly website. Poor quality images or those that don’t tell your story properly can distract from what you’re trying to convey and you’ll lose credibility with users.
The best imagery is high-quality, well-lit photos of you, people in your organization, or your products and events. However, sometimes expertly curated stock photography may be used. If you’re concerned about this aspect of the website project, don’t worry: We’re here to help! Let’s chat about it.
